Here at The Southern Beer Society we promote being responsible when drinking beer. We ask all our members to not drink and drive. We also ask our members to drink in moderation and not to abuse beer. Drink responsibly.

The Southern Beer Society is a website devoted to beer. Agree with it or not the current laws state that the minimum age to consume alcoholic beverages is 21 so we ask that all members are at least 21. Thank you.
We are having a BA gathering at Rafjr00s place on May 18th at 2:00pm. This is going to be a potluck BeerBQ where you bring a dish(side dish, something to throw on the grill or dessert) and some beer(preferably something you can't get in Louisiana or something hard to get). Let us know if you're coming and post the dish your bringing and the beer your bringing as to avoid too much of one thing. The SBS will be providing burgers for us. Hope to see ya'll there!

PS Family members are invited! This is a spouse and kid friendly event.
I have a grill, so if you don't feel like eating burgers feel free to bring something with you. You will also want to bring a chair with you. I do have a dog that will be outside with us, but she will be on a leash. Also if some people would not mind bring a soft drink or two for those that won't be drinking beer.

I'll be flying back in from Miami around 1 so I'll try to make it. Probably not enough time to get a dish together, but I can try to make up for it in beer. Hopefully I can pick up some DFH and other goodies down in FL. Do not cease to drink beer, to eat, to intoxicate thyself, to make love, and to celebrate the good days.
